However, we do not accept any form of cheque, postal order or money.

SHIPPING SERVICES FROM RSRCH

UK shipping
All deliveries are sent first class and generally arrive in 2 working days subject to Post Office Service.
Europe shipping
All deliveries are sent Airmail Standard and generally arrive in 3-6 working days subject to UK and international Post/Mail services.
Rest of Worldwide shipping
All deliveries are sent Airmail Standard and generally arrive in 5-10 working days subject to UK and international Post/Mail services.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

RSRCH take care to package you goods carefully and everything is dispatched in premium condition. If your product is received damaged, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing. RSRCH we will contact Royal Mail who will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim.
RSRCH can also provide a signed for service to the UK, EU and Rest of World however this service costs more. Please contact us if you wish to take advantage of this service and we will advise you.

MISSING PRODUCT

If you believe a product is missing from your order please you must notify RSRCH via email, we will review our dispatch system. If the item was dispatched and you did not receive the item we will advise on a course of action.

LOST PRODUCT

Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service, the risk of loss passes to you. If you have not received your goods within 14 days you must notify RSRCH via email who will advise on a course of action.
RSRCH can also provide a signed for service to the UK, EU and Rest of World however this service costs more. Please contact us if you wish to take advantage of this service and we will advise you.

RETURNS POLICY

RSRCH are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not then please get in touch. We are happy for you to return item/s within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition. Once we receive your item/s we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
