DESCRIPTION:
Envelope patterns and the information they try to conceal have an interesting place in our lives. Although still in use today within most envelopes, this basic form of security has become increasingly ineffectual. Ironically all that's ever been necessary to gain access to our secrets, is a finger or steam. Where once we were concerned with hiding our pin numbers and medical history, we now find ourselves in a society where someone can hide themselves in our identity. Is it possible that we still hold onto these patterns as a reminder of simpler more trusting time?
